Our Policies
- Cancellations! We understand life happens and are happy to accommodate reservation adjustments and cancellations. However, we do ask for 24 hours notice so we can offer that time to a guest on our wait list. In addition, we reserve the right to charge in full for no-call, no-show as well as pre-charge for future reservations.
- Product exchanges! We 100% guarantee our products! If you are dissatisfied with a product you may exchange it for another. Some exceptions apply. NO returns or refunds on laced hair extensions.
- Gift Certificates! We do not provide cash refunds on gift certificates. You may, however, re-gift or transfer to another guest. Every certificate has a suggested “use by” date. After expiration we will still honor, however, any service price increase will be at the expense of the guest.
- Services! Finally, we want you to LOVE your service at Pro Hair Designs. Consultations are the best way to ensure you and your provider are aligned. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact our salon manager or owner within ONE WEEK of your reservation so we can make it right! We do not refund services, and unfortunately sometimes we don’t love on us what we loved on others. Although we can not absorb the cost of changing your mind, we will definitely work to correct any error on our part at no expense to you in a timely manner.
